Do I need to be at home to receive my order?

Your purchase will arrive in a letterbox friendly padded envelope; no need to be at home to receive the package.

Do you accept returns?

Your online purchase is backed by our 30-day money back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of your original purchase date for a refund less postage cost. The product must be in an unused, re-sellable condition.

How do I choose a magnetic link bracelet?

The sizes in the listing are an approximate “useful” length and do not include the clasp.To find your size, simply measure your wrist circumference, add about 10-15mm / 1/2 inch and choose a size option in the listing closest to the total length.

If your order is marked as a gift, an invoice or receipt won’t be included with the order.
