How to use:

1. Apply a small amount of water with a damp cloth or sponge to the inside padding of the brace (this speeds up the heating function of tourmaline stones)
2. For best result, wear the back brace directly on your skin. You can also wear it over a t-shirt or thin clothes – in this case, the heat function will not kick in, but the belt can still be useful for magnetic therapy and back support.
3. The heat starts generating after about 15-20 minutes
4. Please note that the heat might be very intense for the first 15 minutes. It might be a bit uncomfortable but it is very safe and won’t burn your skin. The effect is similar to the deep heat ointment rub. If the heat gets too uncomfortable, you can slightly relax the brace around the waist.
5. After about 15 minutes, the heat intensity lowers to a more pleasant warm sensation.
6. The magnetic back brace can be left on for up to 8 hours.
7. The magnetic brace can be hand washed in a lukewarm soapy water. Air dry for best care.
